Do you ship across Canada?

Yes — free shipping Canada-wide on every order.

Are you an authorized dealer?

Yes. We are an authorized Canadian dealer for Citizen, Bulova, Caravelle and Casio, and we order directly from the watch manufacturers.

How long do special orders take?

Most watches ship right away. Some models are ordered in from the manufacturer and may take 2–4 weeks to arrive.

Do watches come with a warranty?

Every watch carries the official manufacturer warranty — Citizen 5 years, Bulova and Caravelle 3 years, Casio 1 year — and ships with its original box, papers and stamped warranty certificate.
