Do you ship across Canada?
Yes — and worldwide. Canada: standard shipping is $25, free on orders of $100 or more. United States: $30, free on orders of $150 or more. Everywhere else: $45, free on orders of $500 or more. International orders may be subject to duties and import taxes on delivery, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Are you an authorized dealer?
Yes. We are an authorized Canadian dealer for Citizen, Bulova, Caravelle and Casio, and we order directly from the watch manufacturers.
How long do special orders take?
Most in-stock watches ship right away. If a watch isn’t in stock at our store, we order it directly from the manufacturer — please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery.
What is your return policy?
Watches priced $100 or more can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as the watch is unworn and in new condition with its protective stickers, tags, box, papers and warranty card. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Watches priced under $100 are final sale. Do watches come with a warranty?
Every watch carries the official manufacturer warranty — Citizen 5 years, Bulova and Caravelle 3 years, Casio 1 year — and ships with its original box, papers and stamped warranty certificate.
Do you repair watches or replace batteries?
Yes. Battery replacement, bracelet sizing, crystal replacement, polishing, movement cleaning, resealing and general repairs are all done in-house by our own jewellers and watchmakers at 1700 Wilson Ave, North York.
